€3,500

Rare 2005 Ford Transit FWD 2L with 155,331 genuine miles! Starts and drives. Can be driven on B (car) license! Due to having no TAX and the issue described below, vehicle is advised to be taken on a vehicle transporter by buyer. This vehicle is sold "AS IS" and "Caveat Emptor". DOE Valid until March 2024 and it has driven less than 1,500 miles since its last doe in Feb 2023 where the odometer reading was 153,847. New Injectors and Fuel Pump around 5,000 miles ago. Clutch, timing chain and starter motor not long before that. Luton body with 500kg capacity tail lift. Cargo area has tie rails, wisadeck flooring and made by Alloy Bodies Manchester. Internal dimensions: 4000 floor load length 1990 width 2050 height +Luton section which is about 1000 at its deepest point. ISSUE: The van developed an issue which hasn't yet been diagnosed. It drives but cuts out depending on how it's driven. It's fine in stop start traffic, but any prolonged acceleration can cause it to cut out. Van was part of a fleet and no longer needed. Expect other usual wear and tear due to age. To complete the sale, I will be asking the buyer to sign a page to acknowledge the van is being sold as is with no warranty or returns. For cash payments, the buyer will need to go to the post office with me, where any cash will be counted and lodged by the post office staff. Once that is done and everything is ok, the log book will be given to staff to stamp and post. The keys will then be given to the buyer and sale completed. I know how rare these vans are and what they are worth. I've imported, bought, owned, used and sold multiple, so no lowball offers and no swaps.

Car history check

Are you interested in buying a used car? If so, it is extremely important to do a car history check before buying any used car, to avoid potential future problems. Remember, the cost of the report is a fraction of the cost of repair.
